I have an MA in English and German, a PhD in American Studies, and have gathered lots of experience: writing my MA and PhD theses in English, teaching a wide variety of language and literature courses at university, college, high school, and adult ESL level, writing fiction in German, and tinkering with writing fiction in English. I'm a full-time translator, both from English to German and from German to English, mostly fiction, but also a wide variety of other texts.
